Accommodation & Travel

Q: Where is the best place to stay?
A: We have arranged with some local hotels special rates for the conference. You can find them listed on the conference website.

Q: I am flying into Temecula. What airports are nearby?
A: San Diego is 60 miles away. Ontario Airport is 52 miles away. John Wayne is 65 miles away. Los Angeles International is 94 miles away.

Schedule

Q: When will the doors open?
A: Doors open on Friday at 4:30 pm and on Saturday at 8:00 am. Full schedule is on our conference website.

Registration

Q: What is your refund policy? Do you allow registration transfers?
A: Requests received by September 1st will receive a refund minus a $15 cancellation fee. After September 1st, no refunds will be provided. Transfers are permitted. Send your refund request to whensheleadspodcast@gmail.com with your full name and email address.

Yes, we allow transfers. If you would like to transfer your registration to another person. Send your transfer request to whensheleadspodcast@gmail.com with the full name of the original attendee and the full name and email of the new attendee. The transfer includes registration, breakout selection, and meal options (if applicable).

Q: Do you offer a Day Pass?
A: Unfortunately, given the concise duration of our conference, we are unable to offer a day pass option at this time.

Q: Do you offer a Group Rate?
A: We highly encourage to partake of the Early Bird Pricing! Group discounts will be offered per request after the Early Bird period.

Q: Are meals included? 
A: You can add dinner and/or lunch to your registration for an additional cost. If you choose to go off-site for meals, we will have recommendations in the conference booklet.

Q: Is there a student rate? 
A: Yes! We are offering high school and college age girls a students discount. Please email whensheleadspodcast@gmail.com for any inquiries.

Attendees

Q: Who can come?
A: Any woman who has the heart to grow in the Lord and in ministry. Must be 14 years of age or older.

Q: Is there a dress code?
A: Our conference is casual. Our heart is that you come comfortable and ready to learn.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Please bring your bibles, notebooks, pens, open ears, and an expectant heart.

Q: Will there be childcare available?
A: Unfortunately, we will not have childcare available. Nursing babies six months old and younger are welcome. Nursing room is available.

Lunch Options

Q: What will be served for the add-on meals?
A: Friday dinner option will be a taco stand. Saturday lunch will be Chick-Fil A Market Salad OR Chicken Sandwich.

Q: If I don’t purchase the add-on meals, where can I go for lunch?
A: We will have dining recommendations in our conference booklet.

Sessions & Media

Q: How will I sign up for the Breakout Sessions?
A: Select your breakout sessions upon registration. Breakout titles and descriptions are listed on the When She Leads Conference website.

Q: Are the Breakout Sessions recorded?
A: Yes, they will be available for a limited time after the conference and will be included in the Media Access Package. This can be purchased upon registration for $15.

Q: Will the conference be live-streamed?
A: No, but a Media Access Package will available after the conference and will be electronically delivered after the conference for a limited time. If you’d like to have access to all of the content, we invite you to attend in person in Murrieta, CA.

Resources & Merch

Q: What is included with my registration?
A: Entrance to all the main sessions, breakout sessions, and resources. A swag bag with goodies, including a special When She Leads gift, conference booklets filled with conference details and resources, coupons, and much more.

Q: Will there be resources, books, and conference merchandise available for purchase?
A: Yes, we will have resources available and our When She Leads pop-up store with exclusive When She Leads merchandise. Most of our resources will permit cash and card payments.

Q: Can my Ministry or Business come as a resource for the Conference?
A: You can apply to be a resource for the conference. The link to apply is on our conference website.
