When she Leads exist to come alongside women serving in ministry, helping them grow in godliness and faithfulness to Christ. We recognize the quiet and significant ways women strengthen the life of the Church, and our heart is to inspire, equip, and connect them in their calling—anchored in Scripture and led by the Spirit.
We pursue this through gatherings that create both depth and connection—national and international conferences, a podcast that speaks honestly into the realities of ministry, and our ministry communities and cohorts. These communities are ongoing spaces where women can be known, ask questions, share wisdom, and be strengthened alongside others serving in similar areas.
Whether a woman is just stepping into ministry or has been serving for years, our desire is to see her rooted in the Word, growing in maturity, and faithfully serving Christ—encouraged by meaningful relationships and equipped for the work God has set before her.
