When She Leads is an active community of women in ministry leadership. Knowing women contribute to high levels of church leadership, we want women to feel encouraged, equipped, and connected. Our podcast, conferences, zoom gatherings, resources, and our all-new care and coaching team are designed with this vision in focus.

Leadership Cohorts

Join us as we embark on a journey of leadership together. In our Leadership Cohorts, you will find a supportive community where encouragement, connection, and prayer are laced together to create a space for growth and unity! As women leading in various ministries, let’s join to share our experiences, uplift one another, and strengthen our leadership skills. These cohorts will meet once a month on ZOOM and are led by a qualified When She Leads coach designed around various topics of ministry. Each Zoom gathering will focus on one aspect of leadership and will give time for open discussion, questions, and prayer. Meetings will begin the second week of January and continue the second week of each month for six months. The cohorts will conclude in June. Space is limited – please make every effort to commit to attending your cohorts!

She came to know the Lord at the end of high school, and started attending Calvary Chapel in Vista, California, where she had the privilege of serving the Lord as a youth group leader. She then spent 14 years serving as a missionary in Hungary, church planting with Calvary Chapel.

When She Leads Conference

This When She Leads Conference is for every woman serving in ministry! Our theme is “Equipped for a Purpose,” taken from Hebrews 13:20-21.

“Now may the God of peace—who brought up from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd of the sheep, and ratified an eternal covenant with his blood, may he equip you with all you need for doing his will. May He produce in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, every good thing that is pleasing to Him. All glory to Him forever and ever! Amen”. (NLT)
