When She Leads Washington Conference

EQUIPPING, ENCOURAGING, AND CONNECTING WOMEN SERVING IN MINISTRY

April 24-25, 2026 | Calvary Chapel Eastside | Bellevue, Washington

When She Leads Washington Conference 2026 is created for every woman who leads and serves—in ministry, in the workplace, at home, and beyond. This year’s theme, “The Time Is Now,” calls women to step forward with boldness and faith. Inspired by Psalm 34:4“I sought the Lord, and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears”—we’ll gather to seek God together, be equipped for the next step in our calling, and hear from our executive team and other influential voices who are passionate about empowering women in leadership.
This year’s conference includes times of worship and prayer, main sessions, breakouts, round tables and more!
We are encouraging ministry leaders to bring their teams, using this time as a team retreat!

“I sought the Lord, and he answered me and

delivered me from all my fears.”
